The Premier Pigeon Organization in North Texas
The North Texas Futurity Race is flown the first weekend of November each year.
2008 YBs
There will be 3 races. Points will be awarded based on band sales. If 700 bands are sold the points will start at 700 for each of the first 2 races.
200 miles flown on 10/11/08 and 10/18/08.
The final race will be flown on 11/1/08 at 300 miles.
Points will start at 800 pts on the final race. Prize
money will be paid out after the final 300 to the Champion birds over the 3
race series.
Payout will be the same as the NTF is now. 1st 25%, 2nd 15%, 3rd 10%, 4th
7%, 5th 5%, 6th 4%, 7th 3%, 8th thru 10th 2%, 11th thru 30th 1% and First
Out Of Area 5%.
NTF bands are $25 each or 5 for a $100. Contact Rick Smith at 940 390 4487
for bands.
NTF Special Races 2008 OBs
Fly 3 races 200, 300, and a 400. Only NTF banded birds (any Year) may be entered. This will be a separate release . Prize money based on points won for the total 3 races, same payout as the NTF .
First Race 200 on 3/29.
Second race 300 on 4/5.
Final race 400 on 4/19.
All 3 races are separate releases.
Entry fee is $25 per bird or 5 for a $100. Pay the first night of shipping (3/15) You do not have to ship the same NTF birds each week. Replace lost birds with another NTF banded bird.
You do not have to fly the OB series to fly these races. IF you just want to fly these 3 races your shipping cost will be $22 per race. This is prorated based on cost of NTC total shipping cost.
